Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by SRS About Pty Ltd (trading as SeriousTech), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

SeriousTech provides technology consulting and development services, including but not limited to:

• Rapid Application Development (RAD)
• AI Governance and Ethics Consulting
• Voice AI Integration Services
• Defence Industry Compliance Solutions

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt our services
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of SRS About Pty Ltd and are protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Project Deliverables

For development projects, ownership of deliverables will be transferred to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement. We retain the right to use project work as portfolio examples unless confidentiality is explicitly required.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SRS About Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

Warranty Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms of Service.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
